PERSPECTIVE

through a different lens

MY APPROACH

I believe that the you the client, are the expert in your own life and that will drive and guide how you'd like therapy to work best for you! Each client is unique and there is no such thing as a "best fit' model for all. That is why I tailor the therapy to best suit your needs in a supportive and collaborative way.

I am passionate about my profession and helping others achieve their goals and reach their potential. Seeing my clients leave happier and more at peace is my driving force.

I pull from an extensive array of therapeutic interventions ranging from psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, ACT or acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, self-compassion and mindfulness theoretic approach and more.

I specialize in working with individuals improve their thinking about themselves, others and how to reflect and make lasting changes that stick and to increase self awareness and self kindness and acceptance throughout the process.

I work with almost any issue, please inquire for more information.
