I am passionate about my profession and helping others achieve their goals and reach their potential. Seeing my clients leave happier and more at peace is my driving force.

I pull from an extensive array of therapeutic interventions ranging from psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, ACT or acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, self-compassion and mindfulness theoretic approach and more.
